How soon will my order be dispatched?

We aim to ship all orders within 1 working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

What are your delivery times?

With our standard shipping service, deliveries typically arrive within 2 - 4 working days from dispatch. You can also upgrade your order to express 1 - 2 day shipping at checkout, please see our Shipping Information page for further details.

Please note, due to the Coronavirus situation, some delivery times may be affected.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship within the UK (excl Northern Ireland) but may introduce international shipping in the future.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive an email notification when the product has shipped along with a tracking link.

I did not receive an order confirmation email or tracking link, what should I do?

Please re-check your email, including your SPAM/JUNK box for any missing order notifications.

Can the lamp shades be purchased separately?

Yes, you can purchase the majority of our lamp shades separately, please select the “Lamp Shades” option from the main dropdown menu.

What do I do if I receive a faulty / damaged item?

Please send us an email at support@homeindustriallighting.co.uk with the order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund straight away.

Can I return an item?

Yes, if you change your mind and would like to return an item you have 30 days from the date of shipping (dispatch date). Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time.

If I return an item, do you refund the shipping cost?

No, any goods returned to us will be at your own cost, and are non-refundable.
